PRADA model SPR 18O GAD-9V1 is a sunglass/ski goggle hybrid and is the main design used both for the PRADA fall / winter 2011 eyewear and video campaign.
Sunglassespreservation decided to add the yellow/yellow model to our archives, as it, more than the other colors, represents the mood used by PRADA for it’s fall / winter 2011 pret-a-porter collection.
These shades were produced by LUXOTTICA, in Italy. The frame is made of acetate. The lenses are made of one rounded piece of acetate and they cover the eyes completely. The frame sits comfortably on the nose due to the generous size of the bridge.
The PRADA logo is made in metal and is positioned, one on each outer side of each of the two temples. The Prada logo and model number are printed on the inner top part of each temple.
Further colors produced were orange/brown, white and black.
